Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay is required to reserve your dates. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Additional Charges
There is a £100 refundable damage deposit which is paid along with your 25% deposit.
For any additional adult over 4 guests there is a £10 charge per night per person. There is no additional charge for children.
Pet charge is £20 per dog, per stay.
Terms and Conditions
100% refund for cancellation more than 30 days before check in date, including refundable damage deposit.
50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check in date, including refundable damage deposit.
